Striven Industries is the name over six companies we started ourselves — in air filtration, independent hardware, and specialty coffee. No acquisitions, no outside capital. Each one began as a problem we thought somebody ought to solve properly.

    Every company under this name was founded here, not purchased. That means we understand each one from the inside, because we made every mistake it took to get it working.

  • Ownership

    No exit clock

    Privately held, funded by the businesses themselves. There is no investor timeline, which means decisions get made on a ten-year horizon rather than a quarterly one.

  • Standard

    Boring, done right

    Filters and hardware and coffee have nothing in common as products. What they share is that the work is unglamorous and most competitors stopped caring about it.

    Custom manufacturing

    Filters cut to specification and held to a ±1/8" tolerance, so air passes through the media instead of around it. Built for systems standard sizes don't fit.
