Striven Industries
About Est. 2006 Lake Stevens, WA

One company at a time.

Striven Industries started with a single filter business and grew the way durable companies tend to — slowly, out of cash flow, into work adjacent to what we already understood.

Our story

[PLACEHOLDER — the origin, in your words. What the first company was, what year, and what you noticed that nobody was handling properly. Two or three paragraphs. This is the part people actually read.]

What followed came from the same instinct. Each new company started because we ran into a problem in the course of running the last one — a size nobody would cut, a channel nobody would serve, a supplier relationship that could be done better. None of them arrived through a purchase.

How we operate

We are operators, not investors. Every company is run day to day by people accountable to it, and Striven's job is to carry the weight that makes small businesses miserable to run — systems, purchasing, fulfillment infrastructure, and the administration nobody starts a business hoping to do.

There is no fund behind us and no clock running. The companies are funded by the companies. That single fact shapes nearly everything downstream: what we invest in, how we treat suppliers, and whether we'd trade a decade of goodwill for a good quarter.

Where we are

Lake Stevens, Washington, about an hour north of Seattle. [PLACEHOLDER — add something concrete: headcount, warehouse or facility detail, how long you've been at this location. Specifics build trust where adjectives don't.]

What we hold to

The parts that don't change.

  • People

    Answer the phone

Every one of our companies has a real person on the other end of it. It is the most old-fashioned thing about us and the one we're least willing to give up.

  • Supply

    Keep our word

Suppliers get paid on terms and buyers get what was quoted. Boring, and the reason relationships here tend to be measured in years rather than orders.

  • Growth

    Only what we can run

We add a company when we understand the work well enough to do it properly, not when the market looks attractive. It's why there are six and not sixteen.

Working together

Suppliers and partners.

We buy across six companies and we're always interested in manufacturers and distributors who can hold quality and lead times. If that's you, we'd like to hear from you.
